Our assessment process uses all, or in part, the following methods:

  •   A test battery and

  • Interviews,

  • Customized or ready-built 360 surveys

  • Other methods such as simulations, presentations, etc.
    to assess for selection or to help candidates to develop.

 Below is a model we use to visualize the ways to evaluate and develop managerial performance and success.  

MODEL FOR MEASURING
MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE

 The Personal:

factors proven to facilitate leadership success (e.g., self-confidence, tact, attention to details, creativity, analytical ability, competitiveness)

  The Derailers:

factors that can curtail career progress (e.g., ability to handle pressure, defensiveness vs. openness to feedback, decisive vs. slow to act)

  Organizational Fit:

the motivational “fit” with an organization’s performance expectations and culture

  Cognitive Ability:

training, education and intellectual capacity for critical thinking and problem-solving
