factors
that can curtail career progress (e.g., ability to handle
pressure, defensiveness vs. openness to feedback, decisive vs.
slow to act)
Organizational
Fit:
the
motivational “fit” with an organization’s performance
expectations and culture
Cognitive
Ability:
training,
education and intellectual capacity for critical thinking and
problem-solving
